Digital vs. Analog, when neither is neither.

I had a funny little discussion when my cable was being installed recently. I asked the tech if he had any HDMI cables, and he replied that he had some but they weren’t very high end. It ended up with the grand debate of why cable modem technology was flawed. Read on if you want some supreme nerdery, and or to learn the plusses and perils of two oft-misunderstood terms.

This just in from the “I Can’t Believe It’s An Actual Product” department: the iGrow Hands Free Laser Hair Rejuvenation System I’m pretty sure it won’t cure baldness, but I’m positive it’s both an effective contraceptive and effective at preventing venereal diseases, because if you wear it in public people are going to stay a fucking mile away from you. You probably won’t even be able to get a cold.  If it wasn’t a lincoln shy of $700, I would however be open to trying this the next time I needed to get out of jury duty.
